Dale A. Morgan, principal, has more than 25 years of progressive and diversified employee benefits experience, working with small to large employers. He provides clients with an administrative and consulting background to assist in the successful design and management of employee retirement programs. Dale is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of science degree in math education. He holds the Qualifed Pension Administrator (Q.P.A.) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Fran C. Morgan, principal, has worked with retirement benefits for more than 13 years at Recordkeeping & Consulting. She manages completion of plan documents, works in administration and is the office manager. From the University of North Texas, Fran obtained a master's degree in journalism and business. She previously worked with company communication programs for more than 18 years.

Andrea L. Koppenhaver, senior plan manager, has more than 20 years of experience in the employee benefits field, working with both small and large organizations. She specializes in retirement plan administration. Andrea has attained the Fellow designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). From the University of Texas at Arlington, Andrea has a bachelor of science degree in mathematics.

Lisa M. LeFevre is a plan manager with 10 years of experience in the retirement benefits field working with Recordkeeping & Consulting. Lisa has specialized in coordinating with daily on-line record keepers. She is working on certification with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

The company also is supported by administrative employees who have long-term experience at Recordkeeping & Consulting working with retirement plans.

In addition, Recordkeeping & Consulting works with several investment and insurance professionals, daily on-line record keepers, attorneys, actuaries and CPAs to provide complete services for retirement programs.
