Expertise Guides Benefit Programs

Dale A. Morgan, principal, has more than 35 years of progressive and diversified employee benefits experience, working with small to large employers. He provides clients with an administrative and consulting background to assist in the successful design and management of employee retirement programs. Dale is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s of science degree in math education. He holds the Qualified Pension Administrator (Q.P.A.) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Fran C. Morgan, principal, has worked with retirement benefits for more than 15 years at Recordkeeping & Consulting Co. She manages completion of plan documents, works in administration and is the office manager. From the University of North Texas, Fran obtained a master's degree in journalism and business. She previously worked with company communication programs for more than 18 years.

Andrea L. Koppenhaver
, senior plan manager, has more than 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field, working with both small and large organizations. She specializes in retirement plan administration. Andrea has attained the Fellow designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). From the University of Texas at Arlington, Andrea has a bachelor’s of science degree in mathematics.

Lisa M. LeFevre
, is a plan manager with more than 10 years of experience in the retirement benefits field working with Recordkeeping & Consulting Co. Lisa has specialized in coordinating with daily on-line record keepers. She is working on certification with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Jason L. Paris, plan manager, has been working with retirement plans for 12 years. He has eight years of experience in the administration of both small and large retirement plans, specializing in compliance consulting. Jason has attained the designation of Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) from the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).

The company also is supported by administrative employees who have long-term experience at Recordkeeping & Consulting Co. working with retirement plans.  

In addition, Recordkeeping & Consulting Co. works with several investment and insurance professionals, daily on-line record keepers, attorneys, actuaries and CPAs to provide complete services for retirement programs.

Staying current with changes in the benefits field, Recordkeeping & Consulting Co.’s staff members participate in continuing education and consistently review tax changes and benefit issues, along with maintaining memberships in the following professional organizations:

  • American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries
  • International Society of Employee Benefits Specialists
